Return + Replacement Policy

At KĀHIKO, our jewelry is crafted from organic materials and designed to be highly energetic, with each piece naturally imprinted with the wearer’s energy. Because of the delicate, living nature of these materials, we ask that you treat your jewelry with care to prevent damage or breaking.

​REPLACEMENT FOR BREAKAGE:

If a piece breaks, we will replace it free of charge for life. Simply email us a photo of the broken piece, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exchanges for Fit:

We do not accept returns. However, if a piece does not fit correctly, we can offer an exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in this case.

Non-Returnable Items:

All custom orders are non-returnable. Additionally, because our jewelry carries the energy of its wearer, we cannot accept returns of worn pieces.
